Hello dear Reader, First I want to apologize. Never apologize, they say, it makes you look weak. Yeah well, I still want to. Because if I can’t be myself in my own space and platform, who am I even? I’ve been thinking about you a lot - about how I promised you a newsletter every two weeks. But I haven’t been able to write to you for a long time. I could tell you about my busy mom life, navigating two children and a part-time job. But the thing is: I do love coming here and writing you, Reader! Should I make an effort to come more often? Yes, absolutely. Will I commit to it? In reality, things are shifting behind the scenes, and I can hold my promise of frequency only from next Fall. Sorry for that. I wish to come here more often to share some of my thoughts with you. But I’m afraid that until I get access to daycare, it is what it will be. Meanwhile, here is the March Edition of the Warmth of Ambition:
Grand Life HorizonsLessons from turning 40sLife rarely unfolds the way you imagined. It shifts gradually, subtly – and sometimes, one event can overthrow its entire course. Perhaps the most profound lesson I’ve learned is about time: its weight, its worth, its quiet yet undeniable power. And I've come to realize that time might just be the most valuable thing we’ll ever have.Like for example: One choice, one mistake, can alter the trajectory of your life. But it’s the small, daily decisions that truly shape you—reinforcing your sense of self, your values, your beliefs, which can be both at your advantage or detriment if you don’t pay attention. This is why daily habits of self-care, gratitude, self-compassion and mindfulness matter. Not because they offer quick fixes, but because over time, they become the foundation of self-worth and resilience. Or that: overnight successes and natural talents make for inspiring stories, but in reality, most things take time. An extraordinary amount of time. Just look at nature: it grows slowly and steadily, often invisible, until one day, it’s undeniable. Consistency over years, even decades, matters more than talent alone.

What do you think Reader?
What is business at its core for you?
I’ve been experimenting with something new—showing up more on LinkedIn.
And honestly? I’m starting to love it.
At first, I wasn’t sure. The algorithm, the endless advice posts, the corporate-speak… it used to feel exhausting.
But, like with any platform, curating my feed made all the difference.
Now, I see LinkedIn as a space where entrepreneurs (like us!) can share insights, connect, and grow.
My content there is more business-oriented than this newsletter, and here’s why:
1️⃣ It’s completely public.
And I’m not one to share everything openly—it can easily turn into overgiving or seeking validation. Yikes.
2️⃣ Some things are meant to stay (relatively) private.
The deeper thoughts, the unfiltered beliefs… those are for the people who choose to be here.
And I love that you’re one of them, Reader.
And yes, I still believe in consuming social media with intention—there’s only so much scrolling I can handle in a day.
But if you’re curious about what I’ve been posting, I’d love for you to check it out:
✨ Worst Advice I heard recently
✨When to move to a strategic Website
✨Why hiring a copywriter is essential?
Let me know what you think—or come say hi in the comments! 💬
That's it for today.
Thank you for reading, Reader. It means a lot <3
Take care,
Bao
